Easy 5-Day Cleanse

Spring is typically a time for new beginnings and cleaning out what has accumulated over the winter months. I don’t know about you, but one of the things I accumulate is a couple extra pounds, bloating, fluff around the middle. You know what I’m talking about?



Want an easy 5-day cleanse to help remove some of that? I am offering a simple way to jump start your health with guidelines, recipes, and an exercise program you can do at home. Here are some of the tips you will find in the free guide I am providing when you sign up through my newsletter.

Morning:

8oz Green tea or detox water

Fruit and veggie Smoothie



Snack:

Nuts

Raw veggies with hummus



Lunch:

Raw salad with vinaigrette

Veggie soup



Snack:

Smoothie



Dinner: *

Veggie stir fry

or

Buddha bowl

*Do not eat for at least 3 hours before you go to bed!


Be sure you are drinking water all day, at least half your body weight in ounces! If you find it hard to get that much water down, I include some infused water recipes in the booklet.


The key is to make sure you are fueling your body correctly. Don’t feel like you can’t eat! Make sure you are eating lots of fruit, veggies, and protein sources such as nuts and nut butters, avocado, beans, and quinoa.
