Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie bowl base:
8oz Non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana
½ cup of frozen berries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (Contact me to see which one I use)
Blend together in blender until mixture is thick and creamy.
Toppings:
Fresh mixed berries
Hemp hearts
Chia seeds
You can also add coconut flakes, granola, nut butter, and whole oats.
*The best part of these smoothie bowls is you can adjust ingredients and add anything to these to make them exactly how you like.
