One Simple Way To Fight Cancer

One Simple Way To Fight Cancer

Cancer is one of those diseases that touches almost everyone today. If not you, then probably someone close to you, or at least an acquaintance  I personally have had grandparents, parents, and siblings who have had some form of cancer. I have had a couple of pre-cancerous growths removed myself.

1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women are destined for cancer in his or her lifetime based on our country’s eating habits. We all have cancer genes, just not all of us have genes that have been turned on. Yes, you can actually turn those genes off with food. There are studies that show that nutrition has a direct effect on cancer cells.  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5646698/

Our fork is the most powerful surgical instrument there is. Load it up with a rainbow of colorful, organic, plants and you can change your DNA,

“Even if you were born with healthy genes, some of them can become changed (mutated) over the course of your life. These acquired mutations cause most cases of cancer. Some acquired mutations can be caused by things that we are exposed to in our environment, including cigarette smoke, radiation, hormones, and diet.” (https://www.cancer.org/cancer/cancer-causes/genetics/genes-and-cancer/gene-changes.html)  We can change that.

My personal experience has been that by changing my diet, adding a wide variety and rainbow of colors of fruits and veggies, as well as eliminating refined sugars and processed foods, I no longer present with pre-cancerous growths.

I watched this video and was not at all surprised by the results of this doctor’s treatments/findings.

I highly recommend watching it. Understand that you have choices and can make positive changes.

If you would like to know how I changed my diet and have been able to add 40-50 different plants into my daily routine, Message me.
