Mindset Change

Science will tell you that the cells in your body regenerate themselves about every 7 years....

While that may be true, the problem is we keep our same mindset each time we are given the gift of new cells.

SAME MINDSET=SAME BODY!

If you are wanting a new body, new habits, a new life, new friends, new anything, you must change your mindset.

That is a fact!

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but few of them begin with changing themselves.
— Leo Tolstoy

Last week you read about Anne Lorimer, the lady who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro at what some would consider an elderly age, 89. The fact is, she has the mindset that she is capable, so she is! So, you want to make some changes for 2020? Let’s talk about how to go about that.

First of all, make a plan.

Step 1.  Write down a goal you want to accomplish and a habit you want to change.

Step 2.   Write them somewhere that you will see them daily, on your calendar or notes in your phone.

Step 3.   Read them every day, at least every morning and night. More frequently if you want to.

Step 4.   Take one step towards your goal and habit change every day. It doesn’t have to be a big step, just make it forward progress.

If you really want to make changes, you must think that you are capable of making those changes.

Want to eat healthier this year? What is one simple change you can make to do that? What is one thing you will give up that isn’t healthy? What is one thing you can add that is? Need some ideas? Contact me. Let’s do a free consultation call. Don’t try to change everything at once, unless you really have the proper mindset and are willing to do whatever it takes.

Changing your mindset and taking steps to accomplish your goals doesn’t have to be  monumental to start. Take it in bites that are easy for you to swallow. One bite at a time. One step at a time. When Anne climbed that mountain, she didn’t leap from the base to the top, she had to do it one step at a time. You CAN accomplish what you want if you just make a plan and stay consistent.

I’m here to support and encourage you. Let’s make 2020 the year we want it to be.
